UFS_FVCOM_newyork harbor testing

Hi Ufuk,
I would like some help in setting up the ufs-weather model for New York Harbor as I am having difficulties running it.
I managed to run the regression test for the FVCOM in the Scituate Harbor (please see the attachments) and attempted to create a similar setup for the New York Harbor. However, the model encounters issues with NAN values (after 10 minutes of run).
