Updated description of RT system & steps to run RTs

We've recently updated some slides on:

• general description of the regression testing system in UFS Coastal
• steps to run an existing RT case
• General steps to compile and configure a new application

Thank you for the updated guide! I followed the steps on Frontera and saw an error while compiling with coastal_ike_shinnecock_atm2sch .... The same regression test worked fine when I was testing ufs-coastal (before the repo name change). It's been a while since I ran a RT so I might be missing something. It says three modules are not found:

Lmod has detected the following error: The following module(s) are unknown:
"fms/2024.01" "g2/3.5.1" "g2tmpl/1.13.0"

Could you please advise? My regression test logs are at /scratch1/09028/ayumif/frontera/ayumif/ayumif/FV3_RT/rt_265416

@janahaddad @ayumifuji I created issue in spack-stack side: JCSDA/spack-stack#1388 I'll soon push the quick fix (but not the desired one) to UFS Coastal and let you know.

Success!! It was successfully built and run on Frontera. Thank you Ufuk and Jana!
One question: I can see it ran just fine, but it seems to produce an error at the end of the regression test, maybe when comparing with the result in Ufuk's area? Is this related to the updates made to the latest version?
The log is /work2/09028/ayumif/frontera/ufs-coastal/ufs-weather-model/tests/logs/log_frontera/run_coastal_ike_shinnecock_atm2sch_intel.log.

@ayumifuji There could be issues with the baseline. I was creating new baseline but I am getting disk quota error at this point. I opened a ticket on TACC side and waiting their response. I could not se your log due to permission issue but if it runs and you could see successful finalize in our stdout file (out file under run sidrectory) then it seems fine.

@uturuncoglu Sorry, the permission was updated! I can see the out file (doesn't seem to show any error) and the output nc files so I think it worked fine.
