Metrics for queries without judgements are not calculated and stored #65

When a query set contains a query for which no judgements at the defined k exist, no metrics are calculated and stored in the metrics index.

The issue seems to be related to #64

The last query of a query set does not get any metrics calculated - regardless of the number of judgements available.

Closing this issue as it's already covered in the referenced issue.
