After the Oracle contract has been optimized, feeders and dispatchers need gas adjustments based on the actual spending.

For reference, here are the latest logs from Rila and dev: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1nPFiW_YYTHX0Kx8yikglcuhF_pQ91O0P?usp=sharing

PS. The fallback value needs to be adjusted as well.
