I'm using the dummy switches with a geo fence and the MyQ plug in to open / close my garage door when I arrive / leave home. Ive noticed that with the recent update my dummy switches are randomly triggering. My close switch is triggering as soon as I get home and my garage door is closing as im pulling into the garage or it will randomly trigger the open switch 2 hours after I have commuted to work. I'm not sure if this is a problem with HomeKit and the new 16.2 update (I have been running the iOS beta since 16.0 but just noticing this problem in the last 2 weeks) or if it lies in version 0.8 of the dummy switch plugin.

I can pull some logs if you can tell me how to pull logs specific to the plugin - otherwise the general home bridge log isn't very helpful. In the meantime I've downgraded to 0.7 to see if the issue persists.

I have downgraded to the previous version and this behavior stopped. I’ll hold off on the latest version until later

I have no problem with version 0.9. But check if your homebridge doesn't restart by any chance. I had this problem with another plugin - Homebridge was restarting and I thought the Dummy Switch was malfunctioning.
