Remove Convert.com from websites privacy notice #1987

The websites team no longer uses convert.com for experimentation, and we have removed the integration from bedrock's codebase. Can we please remove mention of Convert from the websites privacy notice?

ShareProgress is not something our team has ever used. Perhaps someone in MoFo?
