Photograph frames larger than 1x1 blocks break in unloaded chunks. Forge 1.20.1-1.7.6-forge

Not sure why this happens. Im considering installing a chunk loader just for this one issue.

Upon further testing, i learned that the pictures frames larger than 1x1 will teleport one block up, everytime they're in unloaded chunks.
