Add support for overriding device capabilities

Some users have reported that their device capabilities are reported incorrectly.

This can cause

• Noise in the logs ("Device is not capable of eco mode" on Whynter ARC-1230WN #130, Device is not capable of operational mode 2. #13)
• Device's lacking functionality that they support (The option to adjust the vertical and horizontal angles is not visible #119, A climate is configured with no preset modes #27)

(In older issues this was actually due to incomplete capability requests).

To address this the integration options could be expanded with an advanced settings page that allows users to select specific features to force support for. This would deprecate the existing "Show All Presets" and "Additional Operation Modes" options.
