Feature Description

  1. Create an ESU license object with matching cores.
  2. assign ESU license to Windows 2012R2 VM.

Anything else?

Update create_vms.sh to include a Windows 2012 R2 VM.
Also update the existing Windows VM to Windows 2025.
Optional: update the existing Linux VM to Ubuntu 24.04 LTS.
