CTRL+M shortcut should close the popup #4

Quicker than pressing esc anyway. ✨

The problem here is, that the CTRL+M is just a default shortcut that can be changed and I believe there is no way of finding out to what. Of course, I could just ignore that :)

I had a look at remapping the _execute_browser_action command to something else so you open/close the extension popup via bg.js. Something like this should do it, but I didn't get very far.

I'll give it another go when I get some free time.
