This is an issue once again with Node-red 2.x

Looks like the fix is not on the Node-RED agenda. I ll will have a look at some other MQTT nodes.

This error only appears on a full deploy. An interim workaround is to use one of the available partial deploys.

For those following this thread, if you have the opportunity to update to node-red 2.2.2, this problem should now be improved. The other part will require an update to this node as I described in a comment in #46
