Make occurrence records clickable

As someone browsing occurrence records (at e.g. https://laji.fi/observation/list?time=-5%2F0), I want to be able to open an interesting record to a new tab, so that I can look at it in more detail later, without interrupting browsing the observations.

= Have a normal link in the records that can be used to open it in a new tab.

Another option would be to have own column for links with values "open unit" etc. What would you prefer?

Extend the taxon name component so that

• link to species page is a button with text " taksoni"
• when component is shown with an observation, include a button to the observation as " havainto"

Tested with Firefox/Win 10, Chrome/Win 10, and Firefox/Android.

Otherwise ok, but when Havainto-link is clikced, it opens both new tab and a new modal. Could this be changes so that modal is not opened when the link is clicked. Modal should be opened only when other parts of the row is clicked.
