Rewrite WOFF2 support and drop google/woff2 dependency?

https://github.com/google/woff2 seems to be unmaintained. Should we rewrite the WOFF2 support and drop dependency on it (possibly borrowing some code)?

Or may be fork the library and maintain it? Any opinions?

There is #190 (and the corresponding google/woff2#124). But the general feeling was the library is not getting much maintenance, happy to know it isn’t the case.

Also I recall not being able to update to the latest brotli because it required changes to woff2 library, but my memory might be playing games with me.
