There is a need to change the Teams Notifications Plugin due to a deprecation by Microsoft:

Looking again at this article : https://devblogs.microsoft.com/microsoft365dev/retirement-of-office-365-connectors-within-microsoft-teams/
I am noticing that there is only the URL that will change, correct ? It seems that the update must be done at the Microsoft level and not Kestra level.
