I've set base rate to USD and trying to convert AED to USD. It seems to not be picking up AED however I believe it should be supported?

@jeppestaerk has updated the code but he didn't updated the release.
Installing the index.js (unzip it) I've attached below by folloing this step would fix your problem.
Alfred Preferences > Workflows > right click on Currency Converter > Open in Finder > copy& paste the file here
