Add integration tests to the project:

Example scenarios:

Register -> Validate Mail -> Login -> Logout
Add device + availability -> Search device -> Contact institute ( -> Delete Device #once available)
Add device with image -> Search device -> Add availability

... open for more recommendations for more/better tests
