Move the current zoom level out of the 2D edit area

Quite often when using guides the current position of the guide is obscured by the presence of the current zoom level.
As you can see in the image it can be near impossible to read.
I don't think there is a necessity to show the zoom level directly on top of the area the user is editing.
I propose that it be moved out of the way, to one of the two more practical areas shown in the image.
