Suggestions concerning themes and the installation of extensions

I'm adding suggestions from a user regarding our Ghostery Private Browser.

Ad 1.
Create a darker theme, which the website has a black background.

Ad2.
Themes. In the desktop version, these can be found under "General / Language and design" . On Android, they are located in the "Customise" tab. It would be great to standardise this on both systems.

Ad3.
Possibility of installing extensions.

Ad3. In the desktop version, it is possible to install other extensions. In the mobile version, this possibility doesn't exist.
