Replace replacements by a noun
A term encapsulated within «» will be replaced by the word replacement.
This helps for problems like:
Given «foo» and «bar» which is now a Given replacement and replacement instead of Given and
support for multi-line quoted terms
it's now possible to have multi-line quoted scenario outline variables
