Getting a 404 while bootstraping

$ ./flux bootstrap github --verbose --registry=ecr --image-pull-secret=xxx --owner=COMPANY --repository=repo-name --path=clusters --branch master

Checking further I found out that it is trying to create a deploy key but not sure why it's failing.

All the prerequisites checks passed
