While WMA may be unsupported by Android, a crash is still unexpected.
The files themselves appear to be okay and can be played by VLC on Android (which ofc has its own codec libraries), and by foobar 2000 on Windows with no warnings or error messages.
Using VLC on Windows, and settings verbosity to 1, I get the following warnings:
