"Start Trigger: Activate" does not work in Studio Mode since v.3.0.0 #240

Since v3.0.0, start trigger with "Activate" doesn't start the action in studio mode.
In previous versions the actions started both in and out of studio mode.

In v2.12.0 works fine.
