I have a dual PC stream setup and this app is amazing for sending audio via a monitored device to the other machine. However when I put the filter on and set it to the elgato device when my stream PC or the main gaming PC is reboot it does not work again. I need to re-add the filter again each time to all my sources. It remembers the filter and I can see the device selected is still elgato but does not relay any audio till I delete the filter and add it back. Any ideas?

Does switching to an other device and back help?

Yes, but I have to do this every time. I have like 8 or so sound sources so it becomes a pain each stream sadly.

I made a fix, can you test if this test build fixes it for you?

It has seemed to work consistently with my testing so far. I tried shutting down and starting up this in different orders. I will keep on eye on it for the next few days and report back if it recurs. Thank you for addressing it so quickly. If you don't mind me asking... what did you change?

When trying to load a device and no device with that device id is found search for a device with the same name instead.

I am not sure if this a new bug or a bug with this version. When I Mute my mic... the track is still sent out via the monitored device. In obs's default system if I mute the source it mutes it on the monitored device. Any insight?

Side note.. if I lower the volume or set to zero it will do that to the monitored device... just not mute.

More diving into this. once I reboot my computer the volume slider trick does not work anymore.. its just all transmit. I have to delete that monitor source and add back then the volume slider works again to the monitor source.
