ideally, users of Kurtosis Local Devnets just run just interop-devnet.

Realistically, there are pitfalls users may face. I documented the issues I encountered and how I fixed them here: https://oplabs.notion.site/Here-Are-Some-Quick-Notes-About-What-it-Took-for-Me-Axel-to-Spin-Up-Kurtosis-it-Wasn-t-That-Bad--177f153ee16280289f6acdd0796dbb45

We need to get this sort of data into the Readme so that others can use Kurtosis easily.
