Huge performance upgrade with Node 18 + Vite 4 + React SWC plugin! \o/

. Upgraded Node to latest LTS version, v18 (hydrogen)
. Upgraded Vite to v4.
. Changed vite-react plugin to vite-react-swc
. Bumped dev dependencies to latest

v1.2 - Aug/22

This release doesn't have a breaking change. It was updated to have a more familiar look with the npm create vite@latest, but adding the configurations that Eruption have.

. added msw as a dev dep.

Vite depedency updated to from v2 to v3.

Fixed missing .sh files for husky pre-commit and commit-msg hook.
Added missing config for promp-cli at commitlint.

No breaking changes in this upgrade.
