Description

Delete any part or process that can be removed. Delete more than one might initially feel comfortable with, suggesting that if you do not end up adding back at least 10% of the deleted parts or processes, you did not delete enough.

Why?

This step is crucial for reducing complexity and focusing on essential elements.
