Tracking the missing bits to finalize a non-milestone release.

Blocking activities:

  • Security Policy
  • Verify DCO/legals etc. - @bhelx
  • Finalize documentation
  • Cleanup open PRs that affect the public API
  • New logo and graphics - @nilslice ?

@bhelx friendly reminder that "Verify DCO/legals etc." is expected to be due in a couple of weeks, I'd assume everything is cool on that side of things if I don't hear back.

Finalize documentation

I think documentation is now in a decent state, apart from #667 which has been tracked separately.
Happy to hear feedback on it, cc. @evacchi @electrum
