How can I use Validate(Custom) in Table Excel?

How can I use Validate(custom) in Table Excel? In the example, the value of the required address attribute can be deleted. Warnings are not displayed. Maybe there is a button with verification and subsequent saving? I tried to use EditTemplate, but I didn't succeed.

@KisaPs currently, validate is not available in Excel mode.
