Prairie Restoration bug fix

Lesson learned (maybe): don't draft a tag+release until the integration tests have finished running. Fixes desi_make_bricks.py specprod vs. specprod_dir problem that was introduced in commit 33b37d, which changed that argument name in several io functions (but missed changing it in the script).

Note: our bin scripts do not have good test coverage...
