Trim project dependencies to bare minimum

At the moment, SeaPearl has a lot of dependencies and it looks like some of them (the plotting stuff) could be removed from the project's explicit dependencies. The goal is to make the project as lightweight as possible while maintaining functionality and user's ability to debug.
