If we want to register the core block API celestiaorg/celestia-core#1513 in app instead of cosmos-sdk celestiaorg/cosmos-sdk#416, we will need to find a way to move between google grpc server and gogo grpc server. Another way would be to regenerate the bindings in core to take a gogo grpc server.

This should be investigated as it's better to have all the queries registered at the same place.
