More functionality

Hi Christian,

What do you think about offloading some of the other functionality like adding the read group names and fixing the insert size issues to here? It would be sweet if we could do those steps all at once and not hit the disk so much.

good idea, I'll look into it; before delving into bcbio-nextgen I wasn't even aware of these issues.
