Enhancement: Align slides with notes

There's a lot of stuff in the material that doesn't make it onto the slides, which makes using them to teach quite hard as you can't rely on them to guide you through - you have to keep switching gear and just talking about something that isn't on screen. Some examples would be:

• Ep 2 - FAIR RS
  • Slides do not include the FAIR sub-points. They're just too bitty to list out separately without an on-screen reference though. Is the intent that we don't? That should be in an instructor view note if so.
  • Slides don't include the FAIR Hypercube.
  • Slides don't include exercises, even though the ep 1 slides do. There's nothing to really do with your screen as instructor when there is an exercise, then, or you just have to bring up the notes - but the large sidebar means they're not really suitable for screensharing, as 1/3 of the screen is then blank.
• Ep 3 - Tools & Practises
  • Slides don't include exercises.
  • Tools list does not match the order or contents of the notes.
  • Tools grid does not match the order or contents in the notes.
• Ep 4-7 are entirely missing.
