Enhancement: More detail in Instructor View

The instructor view is missing a lot of information that could really help with running the course. IMO, it would benefit from additions like:

• Move on to the next slide (if using).
• Copy this exercise into CodiMD and/or create breakout rooms.
  • Technically this is in the text of the exercise but an Instructor-view callout above the exercise would really help.
• Suggested questions for the room with ✔️/❌ replies e.g. "How many people have used GitHub before?".
• Suggested next block if under-running.

With the sheer number of things you need to keep track of to run this (material, slides, participant CodiMD, demonstrator CodiMD, participant status, meeting chat, gauging how the participants are getting on and what you're actually doing) it's just not possible to keep track of.

One of these things needs to be a central resource and IMO it should be the material's instructor view.
