Hi @MichaelMBishop thank you for the suggestion. I want to make sure I understand; you are asking for the results to show all possible values, and somehow indicate which one was picked? This would apply to both checkboxes and dropdown values? What underlying need would this serve? My initial thought is that it would clutter the output and make it more difficult to see what was answered.
Something like this?
Are the impacts resulting from the decision reversible?
You understood my suggestion correctly, and I agree that if it were made the only way to output then it would clutter the output... if its not easy to offer multiple output options then maybe it isn't worth it.
After making this suggestion I was encouraged to try a workflow of skipping the online tool (json) initially. There is an Excel template that is helpful. Then filling out the online tool once a final draft, or something closer to final, is reached.
(An additional consideration is that not all dropdowns should display all options in the result. Doing this for the list of 80+ departments on the first page, for example, would be bad)
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Stakeholders may need to see options not selected from checkboxes.
Describe the solution you'd like
From results page, offer an option to display/save results that includes unselected checkboxes.
Additional context
This would be useful to me, but not insanely useful. I don't know whether it justifies your development effort.
