Hi,
I have a transaction which state that it failed:
NfeAR-6f795656-5c4a-4ff0-becd-9125997a518b-1917
Trade date: 30 Nov 2024 16:06:24
Reason:
Timeout reached. Protocol did not complete in 120 sec.

I am missing the 0.0020 BTC from the trade and 0.001BTC as the safe deposit.
I do not wont to reimburse the trading fee but I would like to have the 0.003 BTC back into my wallet.

Solved with Bisq restart. Please close this issue :)

The funds are returned to my wallet but any need trade finish with the same issue.
Is there something what I could do 1? But he description it is not clear what is the issue only that a timeout 120 sec occurred on the multisig transaction.

I always have the connection status OK.

The error from the log is this one:
Exception message: TxIds of buyersPreparedDelayedPayoutTx and sellersPreparedDelayedPayoutTx must be the same.
And then there is:
[JavaFX Application Thread] ERROR b.c.t.p.TradeProtocol: Timeout reached. TradeID=fszgqphk-280d9e1d-5590-4a59-80ad-5676ba4e4903-1917, state=MAKER_SAW_ARRIVED_PUBLISH_DEPOSIT_TX_REQUEST, timeoutSec=120

Did not check the previous transaction, but I assume that this is the same error.
So I assume that the transaction from the buyer took longer than 120 seconds to be advertised to BTC network.

I was connected to 4 BTC peers. 8-9 BISQ nodes. with a green icon.

The page posted for support does not seems very trustworthy.

Hi @rrunner77 can you post the maker and taker transaction ID for this trade and I will let you know what happened
