Onboarding: Bisq Agreement screen

Add the agreement screen where the user accepts bisq agreement as part of the onboarding

Same as setting up a trusted node is mandatory to allow user to get into the home, bisq agreement needs to be accepted prior to landing in home as well. We can use the user profile repository to save this true/false flag.
