  1. start the app and go to buy/sell
  2. make sure the filter "with offers" is applied to the offers markets being shown
  3. choose a market that is not shown (has no offers), e.g. if the market is not shown use EUR
  4. start a desktop app in the same network and create a new offer in that market (in this example EUR)
  5. get back to the app and observe

ER: the euro market should appear now
OR: the market doesn't show up. If you unnapply and reapply the filter again it will (cause the offers are actually being updated)
