Hi Arunoda

I have a requirement for streaming live video from my phone camera and/or attaching a photo to the blackboard.

Is this possible?

Streams is intended to steam messages, not multimedia content. As you technically speaking might be able to encode your images and sound into a base64 message and decode on the client side I strongly doubt you will get any good result this way.
