Describe the issue
HINTs are unstable in Ares compared to actual hardware, at least in how they're being used in a private build of Sonic Robo Blast 32X. It seems that some are randomly being missed/dropped.
Also noticing that when the Genesis VDP is in H32 mode, the VDP's background color bleeds through any 32X low-priority pixels (the ones that allow you to see Genesis graphics behind the 32X frame buffer).

This is occuring in a private in-development build of the game. I am happy to supply it privately. Will attempt to reach out on Discord to see about how best to deliver this.
