[Feature Request] Restrict Categories

Google book categories are spread over such a wide array that they are useless (or at least in my view). I have a restricted list of ~15 categories. In my ideal world, I would add this list to the plugin (via the options panel). Then, when I create a book note, a combo box pops up. I choose, and that becomes the category.

For example, Google returns "Business & Economics" or "Computers" for so many books that they are meaningless. For my purposes, they might be about Leadership, Strategy, etc.
