I can see the over/under of the release scope with details of what the number/value means.

{Scope Delta} = {Count of release work items} + {Count of closed work items unrelated to release} - {Forecasted Scope}
{Count of release work items} = Story or defects that contain any of the release's tags
{Count of closed work items unrelated to release} = Work items closed by a team member AND not containing any release scope tags AND closed within the release start and end dates
