What?

When looking for something, users carry the cognitive load of understanding and remembering the taxonomy and location of the things they are looking for. As the content on the Design System expands, this becomes more burdensome to the user.

So what?

Users need to look though different headings and forget where things are. Users disengage, frustration is increased, confidence is reduced and sometimes users don’t find what they need.
