Organise the delivery of January 2025's #DSChat

Why

To ensure:

  • Kelly has set up a check in 1.5 week before
  • Trang has created a 5 mins presentation on UX / FE survey
  • Kelly has created a 5 mins plug on WCAG 2.2 video (if published)
  • Imran has created a facilitated group discussion on new year expectations
  • Romaric has recruited a presenter for 10 mins presentation on JavaScript API (Brett volunteered)
  • Imran has recruited a presenter for a 10 min presentation on the hackathon
  • Izabela has prepared chat moderators for the session, and reminded the team to attend if they can
  • Imran has prepared and published comms
  • Kelly has added facilitator notes
  • Kam - add Retro padlet set up and QR code added to slide deck
  • Chat moderators [common questions to share] - appendix - Imran/Kam
