Please refer to the Intro to learn more about this panel. Here are the main questions for speakers,

嘉宾是如何一步步成为Apache member的？是否觉得过程比较困难，难点是？
如何看待：近几年中国掀起Apache热，越来越多的中国人参与到Apache社区中？
在Apache社区，member有什么义务和责任？如何理解或落实？
对自己或对ALC 未来的规划或展望？

我觉得第四点问题可以问得大一些，例如对中国的开源事业有什么样的展望。
