最近某公司OSPOer想推动项目进入ASF孵化， 经过沟通之后发现

  • 项目的 愿景、定位、创新力、用户、贡献者、社区建设发展策略不清晰

开源项目捐献给基金会的思考也不是很充分

  • 为何要捐赠基金会？
  • 为何捐赠给某个基金会？
  • 为何现在要捐？

因此有必要写一篇文章帮助大家厘清为什么要把项目捐献到基金会， 以及项目捐献到基金会需要做哪些准备。
