Depends on #1

If a registry doesn't include both a <name> and <version>, then it must be self-describing. Make an OPTIONS request to the URL and look for the following header:

Link: <...>;rel="http://ahab.io/documentation/x-asset-registry-uri"

Use the link value as the registry.

Change the default registry to http://ahab.io.
