Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
No benefit for upvoter, just cosmetic colors and hoisted up the members list. As an XP farmer, I don't find this sufficient enough.

Describe the solution you'd like
A 10% XP boost for upvoting the server.

Describe alternatives you've considered
If the user has the Upvoter role (id 752241892988551299), provide a higher range of possible XP to gain from.

Additional context
Arcane has a related feature where you can upvote their bot on top.gg, which gives you a 10% XP boost that can be disabled on servers that have premium.
