Add a horizontal scroll bar to the diff viewer.

When the code is too wide to be viewed in the diff viewer, currently it is simply impossible to see.

Describe the solution you'd like
Like in Vscode's default diff viewer, either add a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the diff, or allow the individual diff windows to be resized(or both)
