Description:
Implement loading skeleton states for various components to improve user experience during data fetching.

Tasks:

  • Create reusable skeleton component
  • Add skeleton state to Contributors page
  • Add skeleton state to Dashboard cards
  • Implement fade animation
  • Add skeleton to profile section

Technical Requirements:

  • React components
  • Tailwind CSS animations
  • Basic TypeScript knowledge

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Skeleton components display during loading
  • Smooth fade animations
  • Responsive design
  • Consistent styling with theme
